Why

Because I have to.

I am a Mixed Media Maximalist drawn to the opulent and the ornate — yet always aware of its cost. Untethered, I express my questions, concerns, observations and relentless optimism about the state of the world and the human condition through my layered, patterned, maximalist work.

Nature is my north star. Efficient, meaningful, persistent. It creates for strength and sustainability — while human nature remains extravagant, illogical and sudden. To me this is as fascinating as it is terrifying. And endlessly generative.

What

Every piece begins at the origin — a single surface layered with paint, pen, stickies or whatever delights. This is where words are written, spells are cast and visual and illegible letterism is set in motion.

From there, the work becomes digital and progresses. Patterns emerge. Complexity unfolds. What began as personal inquiry becomes something larger — maximalist explosions of color, layer, texture and text that take on a life entirely their own.

The result is an Eclectible. An ordinary object made extraordinary, more declarative then decorative. Wearable. Holdable. On view. Yours.
